Rich was here to address a plumbing issue with a toilet. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He reviewed my options to fix the problem and when I approved the estimate, he completed the work in a neat, timely manner. I would welcome Rich back any time to fix a plumbing problem.
No reflection on him, however, the repairs did seem to be a bit pricey. I do appreciate the ease and quickness in getting the appointment.
