I thought that I had a water heater problem, but the technician examined it and it turned out to be the faucet in my kitchen. He was very thorough and explained everything so that I could understand. He also found a few other much minor problems and fixed them. He was really very nice and helpful. It was a good experience.

The first technician sent was not very familiar with oil furnaces, he did what he could and made me an appointment with another first thing the following day. In his defense it was after hours and he was on call. The next morning another technician came and worked on the furnaces. After confirming it was fixed we paid him and he left. Unfortunately it was not fixed and stopped working again within hours. I called the next morning and schedule another appointment, waited all day and no one notified me or showed up. Unfortunately for them I was prepared to make a significant investment for a new furnace and AC unit as the current one was becoming problematic. As a result we moved on to another company.
