The Pittsburgh Golf Hack

Expensive. $300 for a 1/2" fuse and 5 minutes.
Unfriendly jerk tech. It's bad enough a tiny in stock fuse is $300 and 5 minutes to stick it in... then every question we asked this dude was painful for him.
I'll go elsewhere next time.

I cannot recommend Armstrong Comfort Solutions enough! I had to call them for an emergency service, and they handled the situation with incredible speed and care.
Our technician, Ross, was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely professional, diagnosed the issue immediately, and was impressively speedy with the repair. It’s rare to find someone who works that efficiently while still taking the time to ensure everything is done correctly.
To top it all off, the bill was much more reasonably priced than I had anticipated for an emergency call-out. If you need reliable, honest, and fast service, ask for Ross!

Our boiler was out of service for 10 days. Several parts were installed but did not help. The technician did not give up. He called senior techs who talked him through some troubleshooting. Several wires had to be rerouted different from the original wiring diagram. The system seems to be working fine now. It’s good to be warm again!

Not impressed. Poor communication at the start. Was told one day and time, waited, called. Received a text message the next day with apology and taking off dispatch fee. Set new date and time, technician arrived 3 hours later. Ran a $250 diagnostic, water heater began pouring water out 10 minutes after departing. Feel like we got very little for the hastle and cost. Disappointing.

Oh, my goodness! Lifesavers! My forced hot air furnace stopped working. Called Armstrong Comfort Service and a wonderful tech came at 9:30 on a Friday night. Very professional, helpful and nice. He explained the problem (so I could understand), and fixed it in short order. I was so happy with the service that I got a maintenance contract with them. On Monday, I’m also going to get another maintenance contract for another property I own. That’s how impressed I am with their service
