I've been without heat for 4 days. When we ran out of kerosene I bought 10 gallons and started my furnace no issues. Ran out again put 10 more, wouldn't start, put 10 more gallons in, still won't start. Called this company they show up. But the lazy big guy they sent didn't want to fix it so he told me it's just too low and refused to even check for a leak. So I refused to pay him. He had me so worried about calling anyone else we had to wait 2 more days for more fuel to show up so no one else can use that excuse. Finally got Adam's out here today and guess what? It still didn't start because have a leak like I said I did. Called Homer nine and sons. They are a great company and now i wish I would have waited till the next morning for them instead of dealing with this lazy guy from this company!! Update: Homer Nine and Son's have been here for about 10 minutes. They changed the filter in the back and found out that the pump is bad. So much for it just being (too low) I'll pay Homer Nine to fix it thanks Update: an hour later and I have heat and I paid Homer Nine and son's $806 to fix it!!
