My unit was leaking. Found it Tuesday and had a appointment on Wednesday to get it checked. I had multiple meetings on Tuesday so Wednesday was my choice. Apparently there are filters that should be cleaned every month! Who knew!!?? Tech was very polite and knowledgeable.

My hot water tank died today and within 20 minutes of making that call, the tech came out and assessed that it needs replaced, quoted the price, and within a hour and a half the new one was installed. Very friendly and respectful. I've used Armstrong when my furnace needed repaired last year, and that was a good experience also. I will definitely be using their services in the future WHEN needed.

Posting a rave review, again, for Armstrong Comfort Solutions! I had my HVAC service (summertime) yesterday. Again, wonderful techs. In addition to the "tune up", my AC had been dripping condensation, and Matt fixed the problem--after explaining what he was going to do, and the steps he was taking to make sure there was no damage to the electronics/rest of the AC. I cannot stress how professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful every employee at Armstrong Comfort Solutions is--from the techs to the support staff. Great way to run a company!
