Armstrong Comfort Solutions and Matt Mertz Plumbing are my go-to when I have plumbing issues. I have used them for water heater repair and installation, to camera my pipes, and most recently to address water leaking from a broken valve. Their call center is easy to use and dispatch has a fast response time. Dom K. was very professional, explained the issue, the solution, and pricing, and didn't mind that my pets were curious about what he was doing. Even in a stressful emergency situation, I have peace of mind knowing that I can count on them for repairs. It was worth paying a little more to have them complete service during the weekend to prevent further water damage in my home.

Called for a leak from second floor to first floor ceiling. Someone came out and charged $65 to say everything looked ok upstairs and he checked all fittings. After observing the leak myself found the hot and cold water lines to the bathroom sink were very loose and intermittently leaking. This is my second bad experience with Armstrong comfort. Can't recommend them at all. I now have excess damage because the person that came couldn't check the simplest of things, even after he said he did. Total scam.

Bob and Brad were very professional and knowledgeable. Armstrong came out when promised for 3 days straight to get me back to normal. The estimate was spot on and reasonable. Amazing job!!!!!
