Furnace check up/filter replacement

It is always a pleasant surprise to find a home contractor with employees who are good at what they do and a pleasure to work with. It is even more surprising to get a Customer Service Rep who quickly grasps your needs, is competent and amicable, and knows the company resources well enough to connect you with the right people. Chris is a perfect example of this. She not only got me the right people quickly but followed up to check my level of satisfaction. Wow. I wish I had had more CSRs like her when I was working. Thanks, Chris.
