We've used this company for years and always been pleased with the results. Various repair jobs, from a cracked hose bib to a full sewer line replacement. Also installations of faucets and a new drain in the garage. Would use them again.

Ross was great to deal with. He assessed our water heater, explained the options for replacement with the costs. He was friendly and courteous. Steps were taken to protect our floors for the removal of the old water heater. The whole process was very easy and I would recommended him.

Chris diagnosed problem in a very short period of time and did a lot of explaining how they were going to fix it but it isn't fixed yet so I don't really know how to evaluate the whole process

Just purchased a home, are 1st full day here are water heater was leaking with no obvious signs of a leak, Dan actually took his time, explained things to me and took the time needed to find the problem, I got a new water heater under warranty in about 3 to 4hrs total from the start of my call!
