I told the person that answered the phone that I had someone scheduled for Wednesday to reinstall our upstairs toilet. She said that she could have someone there the next day. I was their 2nd stop in the morning. I thought that would be late morning. My wife sat around all day waiting on them. Late morning tuned into 1:00. Bear in mind I’m at work while this day unfolds. 1:00 turned into 4:00 with an overworked guy showing up at my house with a really bad attitude. He said “ I’m going on vacation tomorrow and I don’t want to do this job today “. Followed up by saying “ I don’t pet dogs “ when my 14 year old Shitzu came up to him to get a pet. This company takes on every job that calls in and books them for the next day, then as more profitable jobs call in, they say sorry about your luck. I was headed home at 5:30 and they refused to stay 5 more minutes to talk to me about the job at hand. I own a company myself and would never treat a customer this way. To boot the boss showed up and refused to stay 5 extra minutes to talk to me about the plumbing dilemma. I saw them pulling out of my road as I was pulling in. Totally rude with the worst customer service that I’ve ever seen.

We had a GIANT job done. A whole house re-plumb + Instant on water heater install.
Jim and Joe were a dynamic duo. They are Very knowledgeable, and Very polite. They answered all of our questions with confidence and had a great bed-side-manner. We were amazed at how they tackled this tough job with a great attitude and just flat out constant work for 4 days straight. They offered insights to what they were doing and why, and clearly showed customer care was important to them. It’s great to be treated like these guys were family members coming to help during a crisis. We offer our thanks to Jim, Joe, Brock, and the whole Armstrong team for a job well done at a fair price (we had 3 quotes from competitors before starting).
