We have been having an issue with one of our mini splits. I explained the issue and provided video of the issue occuring (it usually only happens late at night or early in the morning). The grills frost over and it causes loud creaking noises. He had no idea what would cause it and no idea how to fix it. I tried asking questions like "what would normally cause the grills to frost over?" and his only idea was an issue with the filter. I told him it happened earlier this morning when the filter was off. He had no response to that.
He then told me if it happens again to call them within a month. I told him it already happened this morning. He had no response to that. He charged me the 100 fee to come out and left.
Only reason it isn't 1 star is he seemed to be at least a little remorseful that he couldn't help. But it does feel annoying to have someone show up, look around for 10 minutes, not help at all, and charge 100 bucks.
If anyone actually has any ideas how to fix this, let me know. Because apparently this issue has never happened to anyone ever.

Armstrong Comfort Solutions really came to the rescue for me! All three toilets in my house got backed up due to a sewer line clog on my property late on a Friday afternoon, before a big family party the next day. With no toilets, I couldn’t hold the party. They came out after hours and worked til late in the evening to clear my sewer drain. Thanks so much to ACS!

Had an issue with an AC blowing an outlet and every outlet on the wall. Called Armstrong Comfort solutions and got them to come check it out. The guy was super helpful in explaining the issue and what caused our problem. He explained everything thoroughly and took his time helping us understand!
